Witnesses told local Houston news stations that 20 shots were fired in the parking lot of Scores Caberet, a popular after hours gentleman’s club in southwest Houston, Texas. Trae was among five people who were hit with gunfire. Three of them died and one person was left paralyzed. In a recent interview with MTV’s Rap Fix Live, Trae talks about inadequate treatment he experienced at the hands of staff at the hospital he was rushed to after being shot. “The lady left me bleedin’ like two hours in the bed by myself, like nobody else came in there,” said the Houston MC. Trae also pointed out that staff members were more worried about dealing with the supporters who were gathering outside the hospital. “The lady left me bleedin’ like two hours in the bed by myself, like nobody else came in there,” Trae continued. He also said that he was completely unaware of the fact that there were other victims in the shooting. “I didn’t find none of this out until Homicide came to come and take me away. The way I came in the hospital with a hole in my back was the same way I left. I didn’t get no bandage, I ain’t get no stitches, they didn’t take the bullet out, none of that,” Trae added.
