Yung Joc, is an American hip hop recording artist from Atlanta, Georgia. He is best known for his hit singles “It’s Goin’ Down” and “I Know You See It.

1. Born on April 2, 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA as Jasiel Robinson.
2. His father, Stanley Tucker, owned a hair-care products company and helped him get an opportunity to write a jingle for Revlon. 
3. Followed in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps and founded his own label to release his music.
4. Met Atlanta producer Nitti Beatz and the two recorded the hit “It’s Goin Down” in the spring of 2005.
5. Teamed up with Russell “Block” Spencer, founder of the Block Enterprises label, Spencer signed Joc to Sean Combs’s Bad Boy South and Bad Boy released Joc’s debut New Joc City.
6. His smash-hit single “It’s Goin’ Down” was the first song in two years from any artist signed to Bad Boy Entertainment to make it into the U.S. Top 40.
7. Formed a new record label through Jive Records, called Swagg Team Entertainment, after a widely publicized lawsuit with Block Entertainment and Bad Boy South in 2010.
8. As of 2015, had eight children by four women: Amoni, Ja’Kori, Amir, Chase, twins Cadence and Camora, and twins Eden and Allon.
9. On January 18, 2012, it was announced that Joc along with Block Entertainment & Bad Boy Entertainment were being sued by local Atlanta record label Master Mind Music, due to copyright infringement.
