Facebook, Google Founders Team Up on Research to Extend Human Life

Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook and Sergey Brin, Google joined forces with Yuri Milner, Russian venture capitalist, to back research into extending human life with big money prizes.

The will award 11 scientists $3 million each to launch the project ‘Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences.’

Zuckerberg, who’s spouse is also joining with them said, “Priscilla and I are honored to be part of this.”
