It appears that America’s bad boy, Chris Brown, has returned to twitter. Brown deleted his previous twitter account, due to a twitter war with comedy writer, Jenny Johnson, last week. We hear that Johnson is twisting the knife even further by recently issuing a non-apology. This time around, however, the twitter account seems to solely focus on things that are happening with his career. The bio reads in 3rd person, “Keep it here for all things Chris Brown, updates from the tour and more… #CarpeDiem,”
The singer, has yet to respond to Jenny Johnson’s so called attempt at defusing the situation, and if his PR has anything to do with it, he may never respond. Johnson, on the other hand, is insisting that she is not seeking attention, as a result of their feud. That is very ironic, since she pinned her non-apology via a major magazine, GQ, which garners attention all over the world.
The ladies of The View chimed in on all of the craziness, with Elisabeth Hasselback saying that they both should be banned from twitter. Johnson has been going in on Brown since 2009. Whoopi added, “If you want to mess with him, you have to expect to get your head handed to you.”
Johnson responded to The View’s comments by saying, “I never thought I’d see the chicks on The View attempt to break down our interaction on Twitter (if they only knew how little thought and effort go into anything I tweet, there is literally nothing to break down). I didn’t think I would be invited to be a guest on their show or any other TV or radio program.”Although Chris Brown may have been wrong in his responses, Johnson is the older person. Maybe she should have been the one taking the high road. Needless to say, fans will not be getting the personal side of Brown on his twitter account for a while.
