An 11-year old boy in Georgia has been charged with the shooting death of a 13-year old 7th grader.  The little boy was charged with the felony murder of Darious Wallace, and another 15-year old 8th grader is being charged in connection with the death.   Police are still looking for the gun used in the shooting, saying that the gun is still in the streets. Wallace was murdered in Dougherty County, located in the state of Georgia. “It is shocking, but at this point it is where the evidence points,” said Dougherty District Attorney Greg Edwards. Police are most concerned with finding the weapon used in the murder. “Any gun that is not in our custody is a danger. So we want to make sure that we can do all we can do to recover any evidence and anything that is a danger to the community,” Edwards said. The kids who were charged aren’t talking, so the police are unable to determine what kind of gun was used in the shooting. “I think the community has to continue to wake up, and understand that these things are happening,” said Gethesemane Worship Center Bishop Frederick Williams. “Weapons don’t fall out of the sky. So we’ve got to rally together to get some real understanding and education in this community that we are destroying ourselves,” said Bishop Williams.

Deion Sanders: “I want Pilar Out of My House Now!”

Deion Sanders is ready for his divorce to come to an end and for his living situation to change immediately.  The former NFL star has asked a judge to force his estranged wife Pilar out of the house.  According to documents filed in court last week, Deion believes that Pilar “should be ordered to vacate the residence.”

Deion had Pilar sign a prenuptial agreement, but she has challenged it, saying that she was tricked into signing it.   Sanders, on the other hand, says that she knew exactly what she was doing, even consulting her attorneys in the process.

Deion wants the court to cite Pilar for breaking other rules of conduct for people getting divorced in their county.  He says that she has disturbed the peace of the children, made disparaging remarks about the other person and talked about the divorce in front of the kids.  All of these actions are treated as illegal by the courts.
